The hotel is a short walk from Century Avenue metro station, and there’s a breakfast kiosk nearby, which is convenient when we don’t want to walk to the hotel for breakfast. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with basic amenities. Body lotion would have been helpful in the dry climate. We loved the laundry washing and drying services, and the attendant was very helpful in explaining how to use them.
4/10
The service team didn’t seem very experienced. When they left, the TV and Wi-Fi still weren’t working, since nobody stayed to check that the problem was fixed. The rooms felt bare and poorly looked after, and the furniture was dated. All in all, a very average stay.
2/10
It took four calls and half an hour to get an iron and board, and when they arrived, the iron was broken. The lift took ages, leaving me to consider those scary stairs as the other way out of the hotel.

In the Pudong area, four- or five-star hotels can be expensive, but JI Hotel (Shanghai Lujiazui Babaiban),JI Hotel（(Shanghai Lujiazui Babaiban Branch)）has a reasonable price. Its location also works well for business and sightseeing.

Pretty nice.
