Paper ft. H12 made our Shanghai stay really enjoyable. It's a distinctive mix of hotel, office space, and art gallery, a nice change from a typical hotel. Our room was spacious, bright, comfortable, artistically furnished, and had a clean modern bathroom. The staff were attentive and helpful, checking that we had what we needed and offering information about Shanghai. They even offered to exchange wechat details so we could contact them anytime. The location is convenient for walking along Huaihai Middle road and reaching public transport, while the historic landmark block itself is peaceful and quiet. A fantastic experience, highly recommended.

The room was comfortable, and the historic building makes for an excellent artistic hotel. Staff were friendly and collaborative. It's a small place with no elevator, and breakfast was mediocre. I'd stay again, no question.
