2/10
The comfortable bed and spacious bathroom were the only good parts for me. The place felt seedy and grimy from the start, with cigarette smells and unhelpful staff. The hallway carpet was stained and smelled, and so did the room. Our room didn't look like what we expected. The AC didn't work at all, and it stayed 25°C the whole time. I'd urge people to stay elsewhere unless they don't mind grime, exposed wiring, and staff sleeping in the lobby early in the morning. I went downstairs at 6am and saw the same staff who checked us in asleep on the lobby couches. Spend a little more and get a better hotel.

The room was clean and nice, with a direct view of the skyscrapers. Just imagine that view at night. Breakfast was delicious, both the local dishes and the continental options. Great luxury hotel for a reasonable price.
