The receptionist wasn't friendly, which made things less pleasant. The room itself was very old, with mold and wallpaper peeling off the walls.

We booked through Trip.com and spent five days in Shanghai. From the hotel, it was a five-minute walk to the metro, then an eight-minute ride into the city center. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and breakfast was delicious. Everything was perfect for my friend and me.
