The hotel is a bit far from town and the shops, though it's close to the airport. We had food delivered straight to our room by a robot, which was very convenient. Our stay was pleasant, with good room cleaning each day. Thanks to cleaner job 219 251 for keeping everything tidy, and to the friendly, responsive reception staff. We had an early flight, and they packed us a small breakfast bag, which was a warm touch.

The breakfast was nice, and the lady who cleaned room 3216 was very kind. I didn't manage to get her name, but her ID number was something like 225. Everything else was okay. I only wish there were one more airport shuttle departure, perhaps every 30 minutes.

The room was very comfortable, and I had a wonderful stay. After we'd checked out, I realized I'd left my jacket behind. A housekeeping staff member (220) personally brought it to me despite the biting cold and strong wind. She also saw us struggling with the children and kindly helped with our luggage. Thank you so much, Auntie. Her kindness and warmth made our trip special.

The staff were helpful, but the room was in really bad shape. The Wi-Fi was terrible and the lock was broken, so I couldn't properly lock the room. As a woman traveling alone, arriving at 2 a.m. from the airport after a delay, I found that scary. If you miss their pickup and don't want to wait for the next one, a Didi from the airport costs around 30 RMB.

The restaurant staff, housekeepers, and guides all greeted me with smiles and cheerful attitudes. My room and bathroom were spotless, and breakfast felt like something from a luxury hotel. I was only there for a day while transiting through Rome. My English and Chinese aren't very good, but the staff were helpful and made sure I could find what I needed. I'll definitely come back here when I return to Korea.
