I chose this hotel to be as close as possible to the Rolex master tennis event. After checking in, I discovered the gym and indoor pool were closed, and the outdoor pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. My room smelled moldy, so I checked out and moved to another hotel within an hour. Stay away!

I was here on a business trip, and the hotel is outside Shanghai. The room was clean, though a bit dated. The indoor pool was empty and the outdoor one was closed. The fitness area was dusty and broken, so it wasn’t much use. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. It worked for a business stay, but that was about it.

I came to watch the Shanghai Open tennis matches. The walk to the venue takes about 20 minutes, and they offered a free ride there in the morning. Thanks for the welcome fruit and the kind directions. There aren’t any convenient facilities nearby. The place may disappoint if you’re expecting the latest facilities or five-star service, but the staff were so kind that I’d stay here again for the Shanghai Open.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly. On my first day, there were lots of small wood chips on the floor. The facilities are old, and the location is remote. Breakfast is in another building, so you have to walk a bit to get there.
