Getting around China was tricky because our usual apps, like Google Maps, and visa payments didn't work here. Grace from Marriott made exploring Shen Yang stress free. She gave us her contact details and offered to help whenever we got stuck. We were super impressed by her service.
I was at the wrong hotel, and the staff stepped in straight away. Three of them and the doorman helped me get a taxi booked and my luggage loaded. I’m so grateful for their help.

I slept really well in the comfortable, nicely designed room. The service was great, and there was a good spread at breakfast too.
