You can hear the waves from this simple, comfortable guesthouse, since the beach is just outside the ground-floor door. It has a second floor too, and the setting feels pleasant, with the basics provided. In the evenings, look out for the nearby barbecue stalls and restaurants.

Yong An's website says smoking is allowed in every room, even though the hotel is advertised as family-friendly. I have to wonder how rooms where smoking is permitted can really be suitable for families.
