There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and a mall just across the street. The rooms are modern and practical, with a contemporary bathroom and a nice shower. Breakfast downstairs in the restaurant is good. It's a comfortable place in a good spot, though it isn't a full-service hotel.

There was some fun tech, including a robot that brought room service, and the hotel itself was comfortable. But as an English speaker I had a hard time figuring things out. Nothing was very clear, and nobody spoke English. 😉

Breakfast had a pretty good range of Chinese and Western food, though seating was limited, so avoid the busy times if you can. The same dining space seemed to serve late-night snacks, probably congee. There were complimentary drinks and water in the room, along with tea bags and a drip coffee maker. It took about 40 minutes to drive from Bao'an Airport. Shops and places to eat nearby made the location handy for a business trip. My room was clean and roomy enough, but it had a slightly damp smell. The air conditioning was tricky to set: one temperature felt too cold. The bright bathroom came with toiletries, but the shower floor was slippery, so take care.

The bed was huge, maybe around 8 feet, and really comfortable. The pillows were so good I wanted to buy one to take home. The room itself was spacious, clean, and new. Staff were lovely and friendly, with very good service.
