The location is hard to beat, with tech offices, restaurants, cafés, the subway, and MixC Lifestyle Shopping Centre all within an easy walk. This new addition to the Shenzhen collection was a very pleasant surprise for me as a Marriott Bonvoy Elite Member. It has an unusual charm and the service was fantastic. Check-in went smoothly, and I was upgraded to a beautiful suite. I didn't take photos since this was a quick, last-minute stay. At the 9th-floor bar, a team member brought me hot tea to warm up without being asked. A thoughtful gesture. I'll definitely return. Well done to everyone at the Mercury Garden Hotel.

Our original room smelled of cigarette smoke when we checked in, but the staff acted quickly and moved us to another one. The room was spacious, clean, and newly remodeled. Breakfast had Chinese dishes, western bakery items, and onsite cooking. It's a Marriott chain hotel in the tech area, within walking distance of Wan Xiang Tain Di MixC World mall and its upscale brands. We shopped there and enjoyed the dramatic design of Haus Nowhere. A great stay, and we'll come back.

Really nice hotel, and the staff were some of the most helpful I've ever come across. I had a great stay and will definitely return when I'm in Shenzhen.
