The rooms were clean, and the hotel was nice and easy to get to. Service was good, the front desk staff were friendly, and transport was easy to access.

The staff were friendly, and the location is convenient, very close to the subway. The downside was that cleanliness wasn't very good.

They let us check in around 11 AM because a room was already clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. We could also stay until 2 PM for checkout, so there was time to relax.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, from bakeries and cafes to hot pot and Hong Kong food. Saizeriya is within 1km and much cheaper than in Japan, so it's handy if you get tired of Chinese food. The hotel is close to both the station and the border, and by China standards it's pretty average for someone used to staying here. The backstreets felt a bit unsafe, so foreigners should avoid going in. Maybe that's true throughout Shenzhen, since it's near the border.
