A solid historic hotel right by the river. The first president of the Republic of China stayed here while the new ROC government was being set up. The hotel museum also has what it calls China's first electronic elevator.

A nice old hotel, and there are some great spots inside for photos. The spa is cash only and isn't run by the hotel.
