We spent four nights there, and the room temperature made the stay almost miserable. It stayed at 25°C, dropping only to 23°C at night. We asked to move to a smaller room so we could lower the temperature, but staff hurried us to leave for the other room even after we explained that my wife was in the shower. I was shockingly disappointed by the Hilton brand quality and definitely wouldn’t recommend staying there.

Breakfast was wonderful, and the place was comfortable and clean. It’s a great spot to stay in Turpan, and a hotel brand I trust. It lives up to its star rating.

The location is excellent. The front desk manager, Kai, was extremely helpful. Please forgive me if I’ve got his name’s spelling wrong.

Stayed for two nights and have no complaints. Keep up the good work.

It’s seriously hot in Turpan, so ice cream is a good idea! The hotel is right in the downtown area, making it handy for sightseeing, shopping, and meals. Tourist and Cultural Plaza and Maxi Life Plaza are both within walking distance. It’s a newly built high-rise from 2023, with a modern, tidy interior. The room was a decent size and seemed clean!!!
