The rooms had very old, worn furniture, and the poor cleaning of the carpet and windows was honestly disgusting. Noise was another problem: the soundproofing was awful, so we could hear both traffic and the neighbors clearly. At reception, all but one person were incredibly unfriendly. We couldn't speak English, so a friend from the same city called a taxi for us, but they just told us to go out to the road and find one ourselves. I have to return to the city, but I definitely won't stay here again.
