I found the room conditions awful. There was green-gray growth in the bathroom, mold on the mattresses and blankets, broken electrical outlets, and all sorts of insects and spiders sharing the room. Bring a net. The rooms aren't cleaned, so I'd suggest bringing a sleeping bag. The personal safe didn't work, though the WLAN did. I wasn't worried that the staff might not understand or speak English. The Ravi Shinger is probably the worst hotel I've ever had the displeasure of staying in. It's hard to believe a hotel could be this awful.
