Millennium Harbourview Hotel Xiamen

The staff were really helpful and even arranged a driver for us to visit tulou. Room service was great, and breakfast was okay. The hotel is near zhongshan street, a popular tourist spot, and the train is close by too.

We stayed two nights in December, and the location was good. There’s a night market within walking distance, with lots of small restaurants and food stalls. The hotel’s breakfast had a very good range of food. Our room was clean, and I was impressed that the cot they provided for my daughter, who’s just over two, was clean, including the sheets, mattress, and pillow.

This used to be the Holiday Inn Hotel, and the refurbishment feels good. Rooms cost about 50 USD a night with breakfast included. The food selection is fine, just normal, nothing special. A subway station nearby can take you anywhere, there’s China Mall across the street, and a convenience store on the ground floor. There’s a hospital close by if you need a check-up. Zhongshan Lu, the main attraction, is only about five minutes away. Best of all, the rooms don’t smell of smoke. It’s a no-smoking hotel.

The room decor is clean and new, and the location next to Chingsanlu is very convenient for tourists. You can get around on foot or by subway.
