We were so pleased with how the front desk welcomed us. They were kind and friendly, helped us check in, and even brought our luggage up to the room. Our sea-view room looked out wonderfully over Gulangyu Island, and there are loads of tasty places to eat near Zhongshan Pedestrian Street in Xiamen. A real treat to stay somewhere this high-quality.

The hotel was peaceful in the evening, and the room was comfortable, with a clean bathroom and no cigarette smell. The receptionists were polite and very friendly. Zhongshan Pedestrian Street is a little way off, but it's a nice walk. Breakfast could use jam and coffee. I'd also appreciate it if they could take RMB cash and transfer it to Alipay, though it's fine if that service isn't available. 😆😆 I'll stay here again on my next trip to Xiamen. 👍👍

There are plenty of local places to eat in the lanes around the hotel, so you don't have to head to Zhongshan Pedestrian Street for good food. The Seventh Market is close by for fruit, and Zhongshan Road is nearby too. Rooms are spacious, and the front desk service is excellent. Downstairs is a long, roomy area with comfortable seats for chatting; there's also a kitchen you can use, plus laundry and drying facilities.
