A little out of the way, but fine for a 1 night stay. We paid about 22usd, which felt like the right price. They provide sachets of body wash and shampoo, plus a toothbrush and paste.

If you travel alone and want a share room, you also share the bathroom with another neighbor in your room. The place is really cheap compared with others, and welcoming to foreigners.

The bed was too hard, though the room was big and nice, with a decent street view. Staff were very friendly, and there was cheap, good bottled local beer right at reception. The metro and Muslim quarter are both a short walk away.
