The hotel areas had smokers everywhere. I told the staff, but they said indoor smoking was allowed even with no-smoking signs posted. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you smoke. The name has already changed to Wyndham Grand.

The price is fair, and the room is decent without the smell some other places have. The food’s okay, though there are some really tasty Hunan-style restaurants nearby. This hotel is loooong, with hallways about a quarter mile long, so try to get a room near the elevators.

It’s a huge hotel in zhaoqing, probably the nicest in town, although it’s showing its age. There’s a restaurant, bar, spa, and shops. Pool and hot spring access are available for a modest fee.
