The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious, stylish, and well equipped. There was a laundry room where you could leave your clothes and get them brought back to your room after washing. Breakfast was tasty, even if there wasn't a huge selection, and they also served free porridge as a late-night snack.

It's a top-tier three-star hotel and great value for money. The decor is elegant, with a scholarly feel, and there are complimentary drinks in the guest room's refrigerator. Staff are polite and attentive, and check-out is at 2 PM. A good fit whether you like relaxing at the hotel or getting out to explore and eat.

The location is convenient but still quiet, and the decor is simple and stylish. I checked in on the evening of August 9th and left on the 16th, taking a break with my husband and son during our busy summer vacation. I've stayed here a few times, and the experience has gotten better each time. The receptionists are friendly and attentive, and when I need help they're so patient that I sometimes feel a little embarrassed. Ms. Xiangbing, Mr. Shanqing, and Mr. Shanhai are examples, though there are many other excellent staff members I can't name them all. I've stayed in countless hotels, five-star and non-starred, but only the Zhongshan Atour Hotel has made me feel the comfort and warmth of home. I'll choose it again next time, and hope it keeps improving.

The location was good, and I liked the books. The restaurant also served porridge in the evenings. We stayed for a few days over the New Year holiday, and the room temperature was a bit unpredictable. The service staff were both very nice, and everything else was great.
