Jinguan Holiday Hotel

I've stayed in hotels by car several times and never had this kind of hassle. I definitely won't book here again. I was furious about the free parking. It took ages to learn that I had to go to the front desk to scan a code before leaving. I scanned it at the parking exit, but the barrier still wouldn't lift. I went back to explain, and the staff member said she'd call someone to open it. Several cars were waiting behind me, so I felt bad. After a few minutes with nobody coming, I called again, and only then did someone arrive to raise the barrier. Getting out took half an hour in total. The room was very old, and the sink was badly broken and cracked. At night I saw several little cockroaches crawling around in the bathroom. The air conditioner was filthy and covered in dust, clearly not cleaned for a long time. I had asked for a non-smoking room but was given one where smoking was allowed. People were smoking in the lobby and elevator too, and the air conditioner blew out nothing but smoke smell. They should at least use air freshener to get rid of it. The front desk staff's attitude was average, and they weren't very helpful when something went wrong.

Everything in the room was filthy, and there were cockroaches. The facilities were also very old and run-down.

The bed was hard, and both the small room and the toilet were dirty. The food was okay. Plenty of places to eat just downstairs is the one good thing, including McDonald's, KFC, noodle shops, and rice.

Just average, and parts of the place weren't clean.
