The rooms were clean, and the staff were well trained, polite, and courteous. Since it’s right in the center, expect it to be crowded.

The location is very good, and it’s a good hotel overall. Just keep the AC on, since the rooms get hot, and sometimes an unpleasant smell comes into the room when the AC is off.

Breakfast was generous and tasty, and the rooms were spacious, nicely furnished, and really clean. The staff were kind and keen to help, with excellent service from a warm welcome through checkout. It’s a classy, very nice hotel, and I’d recommend staying here. I’ll come back.

The breakfast was amazing, and the hotel has shops with direct access to the commercial center. I was only there briefly, but the room was exceptional and the hotel was comfortable and really nice. I’d recommend it to everyone and will come back next time.

The bar closing at 23:00 feels 3-4 stars too early. Otherwise, the rooms were perfect, service was excellent, and the mix of Asian and European breakfast was nice. It’s downtown Zibo, with shops and restaurants nearby, and free Wi-Fi that’s fast enough for everything. Prices are moderate for a high-class feel.
