The café bar is a lovely place to linger. I could watch the main square go by while looking out at the green mountains around Abejorral, with fresh coffee and sunlight shifting across the clouds and peaks. It felt like a pause I’ll remember. Hotel Colonial also has a welcoming, home-like feel from the moment you arrive. The hospitality is warm, and the thoughtful details make it feel like being a guest in a heritage home. Abejorral itself has that still, unhurried feel, and the hotel fits right into it.

The café-bar has a nice view over the main park, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s a very welcoming, pleasant hotel. Music from several businesses downstairs gets really loud, though, and can be disruptive at night.

It can be a little noisy if you’re hoping to relax, but I liked the feel of this traditional Antioquian town. The hotel is welcoming and pleasant, well placed for getting around town, and has views of the main square. Thank you.

They offer delicious coffee when you arrive, and the coffee bar gives the place an extra welcoming feel. The location is excellent, the staff are very helpful, and the spaces are clean and well organized.
