Hotel Jalisco

The location is terrible and dangerous, so I’d only recommend staying if you need somewhere to rest for one night. The rooms are clean and the service is very good. 🇨🇦 👀

The room over the lobby is a poor choice. You can hear everything outside because the window is broken, and the bunk bed looks as if it could collapse at any moment. Still, it’s better than the hotels near the terminal. If sleeping in your car is the alternative, this place will do.

The room, shared areas, and bathroom were clean, and the facilities are very good. There are several parking lots nearby, which is useful if you have a car. The location is only so-so, though: a couple of bars on the block make it noisy, and I wouldn’t recommend going out alone at night because the area feels somewhat dangerous. Service was just okay. The staff came across as a bit rough and didn’t seem keen to help, with rather unfriendly expressions.

The breakfast was surprisingly good for such an affordable stay. The place was comfortable and clean, with a central location and excellent transport connections. Service was efficient, friendly, and always available when we needed help. I’ll come back.
