Hotel Palma Viva

I stayed here for a week and found it really clean. It's close to downtown Armenia, too. I'd recommend it to anyone, really good hotel!

The staff were friendly and attentive, and I liked the breakfast. Parking was handy for a small vehicle. The facilities look nice, but cleanliness was a real problem: there were cockroaches in my room, sticky furniture, and a musty smell in the closet.

The rooms are good, and the weather is pleasant, but the neighborhood isn't great. The current owner does his best to make guests comfortable. Getting to rooms on the upper floors means using the stairs since there's no elevator, which gets tedious. The breakfast menu could change each day. Since breakfast isn't included, there should be more options if you cancel it. The hotel seemed like a good choice at first; there's room for improvement, though it's still very good overall.

The rooms were very clean, with soft blankets and a clean bathroom. The new managers are excellent, and everyone was so friendly that I felt at home. Breakfast had all the flavor of the coffee region. I loved staying here and highly recommend it.
