Isa Victory Hotel Boutique

Breakfast is ordered from a list rather than served as a buffet. You can choose juice, coffee, fruit, bread, arepas, cheese, and eggs made a few different ways. The eggs with chorizo were delicious. My only request: if two people are staying, please leave two coffee cups and enough coffee for both. We had one cup and one packet in our room. The place was cleaned well and smelled lovely. We heard some noise from nearby businesses, but it didn't keep us from sleeping. We had no issues with the toilets or hot water, and it was a great stay. I'd happily come back.

The front desk staff were helpful and organized, and the service was good. There was coffee in the room, a welcoming cocktail, a safe, and a hot tub on the top floor. It's also beside a very nice shopping center, so I'd consider returning. The room wasn't very comfortable, though, and outside noise was a problem at night. The walls and windows are very thin, and construction noise came through during the day. The window itself also had an issue.

The bar area has a nice city view, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and very helpful with directions. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The food was average, though, and breakfast choices on the menu were limited.

The staff were the one bright spot: nice and friendly. Beyond that, the amenities are very old and poorly maintained, the location feels questionable, and the walls are so thin you can hear everything. By standards elsewhere, I'd give it no more than 2 stars, even if it might get 4 in Colombia. I really wouldn't recommend it; a charming Finca or Hacienda outside the city would be a better stay. It wasn't worth the money at all.
