The room was tiny, but comfortable and clean. The receptionist, though, was rude, grumpy and demanding, as if she thought we were thieves. She never told us the checkout time, then charged us rudely. She kept the same bad attitude for two days. Apparently other people have had bad service too. I stayed on October 3rd, 4th, and 5th, and I won't be back.

My partner and I paid for a one-night package that included breakfast. We came down to eat at 9:10 am, but they didn't provide what they'd promised. Then they refused to refund what we paid for the breakfast we never got. Terrible customer service.

The second-floor rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious, with an OK bathroom. But there's just one outlet, which makes it hard to charge a phone and laptop at the same time if you're working. The breakfast was bad, and we had to ask to change rooms because the first floor smelled musty. One of the staff girls gave terrible service and seemed angry all the time.

The location is in a very safe area, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were outstanding and always ready to help. I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly come back. Thanks for the service!
