We spent five days here. The beds were comfortable, and the place is a new build with a nice wooden seating area upstairs. There's also a small kitchen if you want to cook, and an expensive restaurant in the next building for convenience. You can take tours to several places. The village is fine for picking up supplies or going to the bakery, but there isn't much else to see. Good value for the price.

We slept well in the bunk beds, and the hostel is right by the beach. My friend and I stayed two nights and had no complaints. The staff are friendly and fun, and you can rent surfboards, which made the stay even more enjoyable. If you want a good time in El Valle, I’d recommend Pacific Waves Hostel!!☺️🐳💫

I was after a beachside place where I could spend a couple of days relaxing, and I ended up having an epic stay at this hostel. Sebastian welcomed me like family. I’m terrible at surfing, but he kindly showed me a few things, and before long I was standing up on the board. And then there were baby turtles, which was a pretty amazing surprise, lol.

I wasn't able to make it in the end, but the host was so kind and helpful and went out of their way to help us sort everything out. The location is great, and I’d absolutely stay there next time I’m in the area.
