Nelson and Liz took such good care of us during the final stop of our honeymoon. They were always happy to answer questions, share recommendations, and arrange restaurant and tuk-tuk bookings, all seamlessly. Their friendly faces and lovely cool, fragrant towels were such a treat whenever we got back. The room was beautiful, and they kindly upgraded us for our last night because it was our honeymoon. The new room was even more incredible, and they moved our things and put everything away so neatly. Casa Yahri’s renovation and décor are stunning, and the hospitality made us feel like royalty and family at once. On our last night, they arranged for a local chef to cook dinner. The food was delicious, and the table they set up on the property looked beautiful. It was one of the highlights of our trip. We can’t wait to visit again.

The breakfast and hot chocolate were amazing, and the location is handy for restaurants and the city center. Casa Yahri really lives up to the idea of “our house is your house”. Every detail felt thoughtful, and the hospitality set a high bar. Nelson, Liz, and Vivianna were wonderful. We can’t recommend the place enough!

We had such a good time exploring Barichara and the surrounding area, including a couple of hikes with our great guide Nico. We left wanting to see more and can’t wait to come back. Love Barichara 🩷 The house had a lovely view and a relaxing feel, and the staff were welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was hard to beat, with fresh juice, coffee, cheese, and fruit. My husband and I had an excellent vacation, probably one of our best, and we’ll carry it in our hearts forever.

The bathroom is fully open to the environment, the property isn’t near other places in town, and the restaurant isn’t open for dinner every night. The refund policies are poor.

Each morning we had a fantastic home-cooked breakfast at a beautifully set table, and we spotted all kinds of colorful birds in the trees. The property is stunning, tastefully decorated with unique furniture, and the views from both our terrace and the main terrace are unbeatable. We enjoyed every minute. Liz and Nelson were extremely helpful, with one of them always on site to assist. Their suggestions for workshops in town led us to a brilliant time. We’ve stayed in many boutique hotels, and everything at Casa Yahri felt perfectly done. A real must-stay!
