The room was comfortable, though noise from neighboring rooms and people outside carried very easily. Staff were lovely, especially at the restaurant and pool bar, and the included breakfast was very nice. The pool area itself was pleasant, but the pool and jacuzzi could have been cleaner. On our first night we asked for the jacuzzi to be turned on and warmed up, but staff forgot, so we couldn’t use it. The compound is pretty and the staff are nice, but the pool and jacuzzi were a bit disappointing.

We got there just before 9pm on Sunday, and they kept a lot of things open for us even though they should have been closed. The staff were amazing everywhere, always willing to make things happen. We had some delicious food late in the day, then spent a while in the hot tub. My partner and daughter are going for a total relax massage later, and I can’t imagine it won’t be incredible.

Really pretty place. The rooms are small but decent, and the bathroom sink is beautiful. There’s a pool, though the water is cold. Wifi in the rooms is terrible and only works at the restaurant. Service there is very slow: dinner took an hour, breakfast took ages too, and lots of people complained. The restaurant seats are so hard they hurt.

The lovely pool is a plus, and the courtyard has charm. The staff were friendly, but the hotel seems past its best. The rooms are small, the bedding is faded, and the bathrooms were somewhat unclean. Our room faced the main road, with constant noise from bikes, trucks, tuk-tuks, and everything else. It’s hot enough that you really need the windows open, so there’s no avoiding it.
