The rooms were clean and insulated, so I didn't need warm clothes. The staff were very friendly, and the hostel was near where I needed to go. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and public transportation was easy to access. It's a clean place in a safe neighborhood, with hot showers. Lots of good things to say.

The day before my flight, I called to check that my reservation was still in place. They confirmed it and said my late arrival would be fine. So I was shocked when I got there and the guard just opened the door, said, "No reservations," and shut it in my face. He was incredibly arrogant, didn't greet me or offer help, and wouldn't explain what had happened. I told him I was having internet trouble and asked to use the lobby Wi-Fi to look for somewhere else to stay. He wouldn't even help with that. The staff's indifference was appalling. I hope Human Resources looks into this inhumane, inconsiderate treatment. I would give the place zero stars for how they treated me, dismissed my reservation, and acted so arrogantly.
