Just two blocks from the main square, the location is so convenient, and the rooms are more than comfortable. This is the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in, with staff who feel like family. They pay attention to every detail and are always ready to help make your stay pleasant.

Our stay was made especially enjoyable by the caring staff, who prepared breakfast, coffee, and Hormigas Culonas. The rooms don’t have air conditioning, though the regional temperature is pleasant and doesn’t call for much cooling; fans are available for sleeping at night. The outdoor cooking area has a pool and hot tub, with a lovely view of the Catedral de la Inmaculada Concepción. Breakfast is served family style, and you can rent the whole house for your group. The location is central, near the main plaza and cathedral. For outings, tours to nearby areas such as San Gil include transportation and hotel pickup. In town, there are small souvenir shops and restaurants. In the evenings, local restaurants often prepare food for tourists, including drinking yogurt, pizza, and fresh bread. Vendors also sell pricier things like plant fossils and large quartz crystals, as well as local honey. The renovated colonial buildings and long, narrow cobblestone streets have inspired many writers and filmmakers.

A lovely little hotel near the main square, with great views of the church and countryside. The service was attentive and friendly.

The staff were wonderful, always ready to help, and the service was excellent. I especially liked that the house is designed with seniors’ comfort in mind. Its distinctive, tasteful spaces make it feel special, while the pool and jacuzzi add a cozy place to unwind.
