The location was good, and the restaurant was moderately good. The gentleman working there was very friendly and clearly tried hard to give guests the best service he could. The hotel needs better management, customer service, and cleanliness. The rooms need maintenance: the walls are dirty, the drains don't work properly, and the linens need replacing. It felt very unsanitary.

There's a great range of clothing shops and other stores nearby, and the area is perfect. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and just right. The service was impressive and really stood out. I'd definitely come back.

The location is good, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, NOOOOOOOOOOO. Service is very basic, with no room service, and the Wi-Fi only works well on the first and second floors. The satellite dish is terrible, and the laundry service is poor. Worst of all, the food has no good flavor or seasoning. They serve all three meals, but it tastes like it came from a mediocre recipe.

It's right in the center of town, and the location is excellent. Currency exchange and everything else you need are within easy reach.

It's right in central Cúcuta, with moderate prices for the area, and the room has WiFi, television, a telephone, and a mini-fridge. There's a restaurant on the second floor, which is handy if you're just passing through and don't want to go elsewhere. It can be noisy, as you'd expect downtown. The service could be a bit more attentive so you don't feel overlooked, but it's a good, well-located place to stay while passing through.
