For 90,000 pesos a night for three adults, it’s very affordable. The owner was friendly, service was good, the place was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. But the beds are like planks, a bar right next door makes sleeping impossible, and the neighborhood doesn’t feel safe.

I’ve stayed several nights, and it’s a relaxed place with comfortable beds and excellent service. The price is very good, especially with both air conditioning and a fan. My only small complaint is the TV doesn’t have Netflix. It’s not essential, but would be nice for watching movies. Otherwise, top-notch.

Doña Nancy was attentive, professional, and very friendly when we arrived. We slept well with the air conditioning cooling the whole room, plus the fan. The hotel is pleasant and fairly central, with little shops nearby for groceries and lunch. I’d highly recommend it if you want a central city location.

A pleasant spot for families. The staff are kind and respectful, the service is excellent, and the rooms are 10/10. Great location, too.

It’s a simple, clean hotel with comfortable beds, cable TV, and a choice of fan or air conditioning. There’s no hot water, though. The price is reasonable, and it’s only a few blocks from Alexandria. I stayed after Black Friday, and it’s a shame more people don’t know about the place. Give the address as "10-51 Eighth Street." One thing to know if you’re downtown at 6 p.m. with too many purchases to carry: taxi drivers only want to take people to the Simón Bolívar Bridge, so you’d have to pay someone with a cart.
