The property was spotless, with a warm, welcoming feel, and the staff were very friendly and ready to help. I especially liked how convenient the location was: right by a lively shopping centre with dining, shopping, and entertainment just steps away. It made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The common areas felt calm and modern, good for working remotely or relaxing, and the hotel seemed safe and well managed. Breakfast was fresh, well organized, and offered plenty of choice. The location made it easy to get around for work, shopping, or exploring Cúcuta. My room was spotless and well kept, with a modern, spacious feel and a very comfortable bed. Some rooms have lovely views of the city, which would make mornings and sunsets especially nice. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout my stay, and the service felt consistently professional. For me, the mix of comfort, cleanliness, location, and thoughtful design makes this one of the best hotels in Cúcuta for either business or leisure. I'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable place in the city.

The property was well maintained, with comfortable rooms and great amenities, but Max's service stood out most. He answered questions, shared helpful recommendations, and greeted guests with real warmth and kindness. His professionalism and positive attitude made a real difference to my visit. The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning was much needed in this city. The shower heated up right away, which was nice. I don't have anything bad to say about the hotel as a whole, and it was worth the price. A few things did bother me personally, though. I wasn't keen on the breakfast food, but that's probably because I'm American. I'm sure a Colombian guest would enjoy the options more. Call ahead to check the rules about who can come into the room. I could bring my wife, but not her father-in-law or cousin. We also tried to bring my wife's nephew up briefly, just so we could change and shower, no more than 25 minutes, but staff wouldn't allow him without a notarized document from his guardian. That really upset me. We had to leave him in the lobby, and take turns showering and getting dressed while one of us stayed with him. There aren't any public washing machines either, so every item of clothing you need washed is charged separately.
