I stayed four nights and had cold showers the whole time because there was no hot water. The internet didn't work either, and they refused to refund me.

I made the reservation four days ahead and told them I'd get in around 10:00 p.m. I also emailed on the day of my flight to confirm I was staying there. My flight ended up delayed by three hours. As soon as I landed and got online, at around 1:00 a.m., I emailed to say I was on my way. They replied that they'd canceled my booking because I hadn't arrived by 10:00 p.m., and there were no rooms left. That left me trying to find somewhere to stay at 1:00 a.m. in a city I didn't know. Luckily, Hotel Oporto helped me out and welcomed me at that hour with real kindness and professionalism. The service there was excellent, especially compared with what had just happened.

I felt ripped off by the price. It was absurdly expensive for what it offered, and I don't know how it got its star rating, but I'd give it two. The quality of everything was poor, and there was no hot water. I paid for a room with a jacuzzi, but only used it because it seemed like it hadn't been properly cleaned. I didn't like it at all.
