I knew it was a low cost place, but the bathroom was dirty and smelled of urine. The towel was covered in stains, and they didn't give me soap to shower with, lol.

The service was good, but please add curtains so the light doesn't flood in and keep you from sleeping.

I felt really comfortable and happy during my stay. I was there from July 8th to July 14th, 2025, and it was a truly unique experience. The room was spotless, and the TV and air conditioning were excellent. Everyone gave us warm, friendly, personalized attention and was incredibly helpful. Wishing Hotel San Andrés in Cúcuta lots of success and blessings, and hoping they keep thriving. Sincerely, Juan Carlos García Morales, from Antigua Guatemala. The best of the best.

The location is very good, and the service and rooms are nice. A few things could use fixing, but it's still good overall. I recommend it.
