I had booked through Airbnb, but when I arrived they said they'd stopped using the service three months earlier and didn't know why the listing was still available. We couldn't get a room, so I don't know what staying there is like.

The outside noise is too much. Ask for a room at the back.

The room and bathrooms were spacious and clean, and there was an elevator. At check-in, the reception area also looked clean and roomy. They got back to me quickly on WhatsApp, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

The receptionists were rude and unfriendly, so I cut a planned two-week stay down to just two nights. It's centrally located, but an old hotel with only basic facilities. The so-called luxury room was small and cramped, with the TV awkwardly placed. The pool is just a little wading pool, and it doesn't look appealing. Breakfast was two scrambled eggs with a small arepa on the side. For the price, there are better places in the same area, including cheaper ones. I wouldn't recommend it.
