I had booked months ago at a rate they later refused to honor, and they canceled my reservation because my credit card had expired. I was supposed to pay when I arrived, so I don't see why the card mattered. I'll take my business elsewhere in Cali.

It's in the north of Bogotá, near the Canadian embassy, a shopping mall, and some other embassies. The area feels safer and is among the city's better locations. You can get around by taxi, Cabify, Green, or TransMilenio, though I wouldn't recommend the last one. It's a good place to rest or stay for a longer time.
