Leblón Suites Hotel Milla de Oro

The breakfast was tasty, and the staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. We'd love to come back.

Service was great, and we appreciated the location and free parking garage. But our room seemed to be an older one: small, shabby, and full of ants. The bathroom was tiny, the toilet was weak, and there was no clock or Kleenex. Breakfast wasn't really a buffet, since the workers served you from behind the tables. I won't stay here again.

The staff made our family feel welcome from the moment we arrived by taxi. The security doorman, front desk team, and manager were warm, and all the positive staff reviews we'd read rang true. They were also attentive at breakfast and lovely with our young children. Our two original rooms were clean and well presented, though older in style. The next day the manager offered us newer suites on the same floor, and they were amazing for a supposed three-star hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent too. I travel often for work in the travel industry, and if every room were finished to that standard, I'd say the hotel could easily be four-star with that level of service. We'll definitely return with our family when we're back in Medellin. Thanks to everyone for making us feel so welcome.

The room had a stove, microwave, and other useful amenities, and breakfast had good options. The front desk staff were kind and helpful, with good knowledge of the area and useful recommendations. I only wish the gym were bigger and better equipped, though the nearby malls have gyms that made up for it. I'd stay here again.
