The room service left us with just one towel the next day. We were there with an organised tour, staying in a double room that was pretty standard but clean, with a double bed, TV, and a nice stereo. The hotel was very inexpensive, but we were disappointed that the shower water was lukewarm at best. That wasn't the case for all the other guests.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were very kind. They let us cancel one night without charging us, even though our online reservation said we would be charged. We had a tasty lunch at the restaurant there, and the stay was solid, as expected. The hotel is around what's called the center of Medellin. Staff said it's the only hotel in the area, though there are hostels nearby too. We weren't out in the evening, but heard it could be a bit unsafe for tourists at night. Tourists might prefer El Poblado, which is nicer, safe, and seems to have more entertainment.

The place was alright, but parking was a problem: a car was parked in front of ours and we couldn't get out. They need to manage that better.
