The restaurant was a real highlight. We tried nearly everything on the breakfast menu, and the coffee was wonderful. We stayed in room 2, which was set up perfectly for two, with a lovely patio where we had birthday breakfast. The hotel itself is beautiful, with thoughtful design details all over the property. As a designer, I noticed them everywhere. A big thank you to the SUI team for making my partner’s birthday special. They helped me plan fun surprises and were incredibly accommodating. They even helped us find tickets to one of the year’s biggest soccer matches. Getting to the stadium was easy: the metro is a short walk away. Poblado’s main party area is about a 15-20 minute walk, so you can reach the action without staying right in the middle of it.

We had a hot cappuccino and an omelette with bacon, plus a little cheese-filled cornbread. Everything was delicious. The cafe is pretty, and our server spoke great English, even if he doesn’t agree.

Emerson and the Sui team made my stay easy and comfortable. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. The hotel has elegant interiors and feels like a pleasant little boutique place. It’s on a quiet street, around a 10-minute walk from Poblado Square. My room was very comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. I’d happily recommend Sui Posada boutique hotel to travelers visiting Medellin.

Pablo was so helpful and made us feel at ease. The hotel is beautiful and well placed, within walking distance of El Poblado and very close to the train station. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The design gives the place a warm, inviting feel, with lovely details that show the care of local artisans. We also ate well at the restaurant, everything we tried was delicious. The location worked perfectly for us: close to Poblado’s lively spots, but far enough away to stay peaceful, and near a metro stop for public transit. The staff were friendly and attentive, and helped us arrange activities in Medellín. They also arranged a birthday surprise for me with my partner, which I’m so grateful for. My partner and I had an incredible stay, and I’ll come back next time I’m in Medellín.
