Don't be fooled by the room photos, which aren't accurate. I took a small walk-up room on the third floor. The WiFi was poor and it was noisy. This is not a five-star hotel.

Friendly staff, a great spot just off LA 70. Nice place.

The people working there were genuinely kind and helpful, which is what saves this place. I paid 60 mil pesos per night and still felt it was expensive for what I got. Everything was deteriorated and falling apart, and the bathrooms were caked with grime. The room I stayed in had larvae and mosquitoes, even though housekeeping was supposedly coming every day.

The food was the only redeeming part. The rooms hadn't been cleaned before we arrived: there was hair on the beds and bugs everywhere. The fixtures, including doors, windows, and walls, were in disrepair, and there was a lot of damp. We also found no towels in the rooms. Front desk service was terrible.

The hotel was spotless, and I loved the lighting and warm, comfortable decor. It's very central, with restaurants, bars, clubs, and everything you need nearby. Éxito is a block away and D1 is two blocks away. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were always helpful. I highly recommend it.
