The rooms were dirty and noisy, and I think there are better, cheaper places elsewhere in the city. It also seems they charge locals and foreigners different prices, probably to keep this lousy hotel going. They should deep-clean the place, add soundproof windows and window AC units in each room, then raise the price a little, or go back to operating as a short-stay hotel.

The room was clean, but the road nearby made it really noisy. Most of the staff were good. The person who checked me in seemed like she didn't want to give me the room.

Cheap and clean hotel, but the area is bad.

Since the new management took over, the place has been very clean. Service is excellent too, with a friendly staff.
