We had the whole hostel to ourselves for our one night, and it was really enjoyable. The location and service were good. The beds were very hard, which won’t suit everyone and didn’t suit me. Still, we’d definitely recommend it if you want a nice, inexpensive place to stay.

Spent a lovely Christmas here with the golden elephant crew, enjoying the peaceful river, horses, and fresh country air.

The service, location, facilities, and rooms were all 20/10. It’s a memorable hostel, and I’d love to come back. Highly recommend it for a stay with family, your partner, or even on your own.
