It was okay.

The restaurant service was awful. We were asked to clear our own plates and rearrange the tables. When we got back to the room that night, it smelled so strongly of bleach that breathing was difficult, and we had to put up with that odor all night. There was also loud music and noise from other rooms after midnight, and staff didn’t seem to control it. The rooms themselves smelled musty, had bathroom mold, broken toilets, and weren’t cleaned well. The mattresses were old and the sheets worn, and cleaning staff started making noise from 5:00 a.m., making sleep impossible. I wouldn’t recommend staying here or come back.

The rooms are hot, unhygienic, and have no ventilation. Street noise, loud music, and people shouting carry on all night, and you can hear everything in other rooms. It’s not suitable for children and you can’t get a proper night’s sleep. For such poor service, it’s very expensive. I’d look for another hotel.

We booked for five people for January 24th to 26th, after reserving on November 26th. We received a confirmation form and asked whether anything else was needed. They told us that was it. Then, two days before arrival, we contacted them and learned the booking had been canceled because we hadn’t paid a deposit. Nobody had told me about a deposit or anything else, and we were left stranded. This was completely unprofessional. Don’t book here or trust them.
