Hotel Paris Luxury Suites

Our group of 14 arrived after traveling halfway around the world, only to find there were no rooms. The hotel knew it was overbooked, then tried to put us in an unfinished, dangerous construction site. We spent six hours in the lobby while they kept giving us the runaround. A front desk employee was crying and, while the supposed manager was away, told us how shady the situation was. Robert/Abner is a two-bit crook. If you're planning a bachelor party or any other event, look elsewhere. We eventually found a reputable hotel and saved our weekend. There are plenty of nearby options, so don't book here and let these crooks ruin your plans.

We booked the 10-bedroom penthouse with concierge service included. Andres and Daniel were fantastic hosts, arranging restaurants and VIP clubs made a real difference. I'd definitely come back. If you're hosting a bachelor party, this place is worth considering, and I'd make sure to include the concierge service.

The staff really made our stay. The hotel had just opened, so a few small issues came up, but they dealt with them, and the manager and team clearly want guests to return. Service was impeccable, and I’ve already booked again for next month. It’s a new luxury hotel right in Parque Lleras, handy for Medellin nightlife and all that energy. Weekends can be noisy, though the big triple-pane windows helped us sleep. The rooms are beautiful, and the bar and cafe are excellent.

We found money missing from the safes in two of our rooms. We wound up carrying all our cash in our wallets, which didn't feel safe. The hotel's response was to waive the charge for the minibar water we'd used. The place also seemed poorly managed. The AC didn't work on two of our three nights, and the bathrooms weren't equipped as you'd expect at a hotel. I'd stay somewhere else.
