Hotel Park Caribe

The staff treated me very well throughout my stay. Everyone was kind and attentive, which I really appreciated. The room basics could be better, though, especially the towels and toiletries. My shower water was cold, and the internet was quite poor and needs attention. I was there for almost a week, but the discount was minimal. I noticed frequent guests could get rates discounted by as much as 40% or 50%, while new guests didn’t seem to get similar terms even for longer stays. At checkout, they also wouldn’t let me leave my luggage for a few hours, which would have helped.

I gave up on making a reservation after spending more than three hours trying to get information from the receptionist. I don’t understand why they advertise if they won’t provide details. That’s a missed business opportunity. The receptionist was awful, and if this is how they handle customers, I can’t imagine what staying there would be like. If I owned the place, I’d take a look at the sales and reception staff. Terrible service.

The only real annoyance was the receptionists, who sometimes spoke or laughed much too loudly. Apart from that, it was affordable, with a clean, comfortable room and bathroom. The fan was quiet and the TV was large.

The suites are roomy and comfortable, and the rooms are clean and well equipped. For what you get, the price is reasonable. I had an amazing stay.
