The location shown here isn’t the actual one, which is a problem if you don’t know the city or have specific needs. Inside the room, the shower drain was clogged and dirty water built up. It was really disgusting. Noise from this kind of area carries clearly into the room, though that part isn’t the hotel’s fault. The elevator was unreliable, and I couldn’t call it from my floor. The service felt impersonal and very stop-start.
