The nighttime surroundings felt very deserted, and because it’s an area with warehouses and workshops, it seems wise to be careful. Inside, the bathroom area was cramped, there was hair in the shower and even on the bed when I made it, and I could hear a lot from the rooms beside and above me. For what they charge, the room upkeep could be better. When I asked for an invoice, the receptionist was extremely unfriendly. She said she didn’t issue them and I’d have to wait for the staff member in charge to generate and send it, even though I’d provided my tax ID the day before.

The bathrooms, noise, and area are exactly the concerns other people have mentioned, and I expected more from the hotel. I also think it’s unreasonable that check-in is only at 3:00 pm while check-out is at noon.

Getting around was easy, with the metro station and two shopping centers close by. The bed was comfortable and good for resting, and breakfast was simple but tasty. There were a couple of small room issues: some dampness, and a stain on the bathroom ceiling.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were excellent, friendly, and ready to sort out any problem. It’s also close to pretty much everything.

The breakfasts were delicious, and the rooms were really comfortable. The staff were mostly attentive and very friendly. I’d happily come back. Definitely recommend it!
